6 miles from Perth, on the A90 (the main Perth to Dundee road), take the exit signposted St Madoes and Errol. At the end of the slip road turn right and drive for one third of a mile through the small village of St Madoes on the B958. The entrance to Pitfour Castle is on the right hand side, just before you leave the village. Turn into the driveway at the lodge house and follow the right hand fork to the parking area beside the castle steps.
